Love the video. What are you judging that is knee high or mid-thigh high?
is there a downside to choke down for distance control vs 3/4 swing or 1/2 swing ?
great video.my only concern is the tight lie around the greens that are typical in my area.i have a 56 sand wedge,but have been using a pitching web instead and a lot of my shots rollway past the flag,what do you thin change to sand wedge?

Excellent tip and example on PW distance control Alistair! I like your tips on how to calibrate your wedges. This probably is also useful in calibrating mid iron shots as well. Always find your videos interesting and informative Alistair! Keep up the good work!!!
