Amazing Golf Swing Thought That Will Improve Your Driving Within Minutes

In this video, I talk about a simple swing that will improve your driving within minutes. The swing thought is ( Under and Up ) what I mean by this is to hit the ball from the inside and up in the air instead of coming over the top and hitting the ball into the ground or with a big slice. By perfecting this thought, you will naturally start the downswing correctly and introduce the club head to the ball from the best path possible. Give it a go straight away, and let me know how you get on.

  1. Thanks Julian, I will continue to drive that feeling home in my mind. The tip is worth a thousand “mulligans” if I can remember it under pressure.👍👨‍🦳🇨🇦

  2. Lovely, I can watch you swing a golf club all day. Thank you for a good lesson. You mentioned something that you did, you said you released the butt of the club, would you be able to give a little more of an in depth explanation of what you mean by releasing the butt of the club, perhaps a video, or a feel that we all can tune into please? Thanks Julian! All the best.

  3. Thanks for a great tip. Hope you will have a chance soon to make the (promised) video on setup, shaft angle, club face position.

  4. I think a problem many of us have is that we don't hit it as far as we think we should. We equate speed to power which isn't necessarily the case. The best shots we always hit feel effortless, largely because they are! The big out to in hit is usually because of over using the upper body trying to create power.

  5. So true Julian. I also find that telling myself to hit the ball to the right stops my out to in path (when I get it right)!
It is such an easy fault to cure in theory, practice is somewhat harder 😅

  6. HI. I've been using "under" for a while…it works! I'm correcting some backswing issues….I believe you don't take it back straight, but instead, a slight arc. Someone was telling me it was straight back. Am I right to take it back in a small arc? 🙂 Thanks. 🙂
