Great follow up! How’s the new shop coming along!!! Looking forward to the options you will have in shop since you made your video about the brands we thought you should carry!!
I’ve been using the same bottle of Golfsmith solvent for years now. I do exactly the same as your video suggest. Super pro tip is know you’re shaft size and how grip diameter and layers of tape will affect the final size. I have to use .060 on my woods and .058 on my irons to get exactly 1/64th + one build up. 923.5 two inches from EOG and 803.5 six inches down from EOG.
I change out on average 30-40 grips weekly. I always use a grip remover tool if the grip being removed is in decent shape but not to the users size. Under sized grips all go towards junior clubs , which is have seen extensions added. It's just nice to recycle decent grips to kids clubs which they simply out grow. Adult under sized are longer and perfect to hid pattern/colour the change seen on graphite shaft just under the grips. Also means kids starting out in golf with $40 used sets can call in our club and can get correct shafts lengths for clubs, for little cost.
love the content. Over the past year or so I have completely switched to using air for regripping. When I do a set for someone i make sure that they know that I use air and blue tape. Most are just weekend warriors and dont really know the difference. Some ask for double sided and solvent. From my personal experience, the only grips i have had issues with in "slippage" have been the GP CP2 grips and some "composite" material grips. I have used the slip on clamp and a regular vise for years now. I continually keep an eye on ebay for a speed clamp like yours but haven't found a reasonably priced one yet.

No youth programmes no club future…
