  1. Outdated course that is too easy and doesn't create drama.
Greens are too big, fairways too wide.

  2. very very excited, all the other majors this year have felt like a warm up to this. a little worried that if the weather is good the scores may be very low

  3. I am too used to American style courses. I don't like this course at all. The FWs have too much undulations.

  4. The comments about ‘low score worries’ shouldn’t be a worry. If a golfer is good he will do well. May the best golfer win regardless of the score.

  5. Moguls and gulchs???😂 I think you’ll find they are humps and hollows. Great video but needs a Scottish narrator ffs

  6. These vids would be better if they pointed out the exact areas they are talking about, esp when It comes to specific landing areas. Otherwise, great videos!

  7. The historic grand slam:
A PGA championship at southern hills
A US Open at Pebble Beach
    A Masters at Augusta National

But the crown jewel will always be an Open Championship at St. Andrews

  8. Having visited St. Andrew's in 1995 and been able to walk 1-2-3 then 16-17-18 back then it always strikes me that no one ever mentions the wind. It is a consistent 15-20 mph. That has to be recognized as a factor. That being said, I am a hack golfer, and when I stood on the 17th tee the first thing I thought was "no effing way" I could hit that tee shot. A great memory! I even have a picture of me on the bridge on 17 than Arnold Palmer made famous later that year!

  9. Whoever wins here next week will have to be a strategic genius…( brains not brawn)
It’s so so quirky that’s why we all adore the Old Course.

  10. Wind needs to blow here but not too much like last time when they had to finish on Monday. -18 will be the winning score.

  11. fantastic! what a great preview for anyone that has not walked or played this course. timely. perfect. Thank you!
