The first guy you could tell both of the other people already had the balls out in front
The CEO, im assuming the blindfolded player got verbal cues to aid his aim, the first shot landing too far, he would be directed to hit softer, his second shot being amazing, there would be a "just a little harder and to the left" cue, he hits it straight down the middle, just too hard.
