I need this in my life. My 6-9 irons are on point, but I can never seem to hit my 3-5 well at all
3 simple tweaks that make ALL the difference! Please let me know how you do with this one…pop back tomorrow id love to hear!
Long irons good for them low shots into the wind 🏌♂️🙂👍well done alex 👏
Alex, I dumped my 3i and replaced it with a Callaway steelhead XR Heavenwood and couldn’t be happier. 4h replaced 4i. Thanks for all the great tips!
My driver makes or breaks my round, I'm considering taking it out of my bag in favor of a 4 wood. I may lose some yards, but I'll hit more fairways. My longest iron is my 5 iron, and as long as I remind myself to be patient in my backswing and not rush it I can usually flush it pretty well, it goes 180-200 depending on my wrists and I don't really need a 4 or a 3 iron.

Don't carry long irons. My longest iron is a 6. I have a 4 & 5 hybrid, 7w, 4w, driver.
I have 3 4 and 5 hybrids
The sound is making a draw…😉
Alex you are the man top man it worked but I’m still struggling on judging my power on my chipping
Great tips for improving golf…..been watching alot of your videos and implemented them into my game. Today i shot 9 over through 9 holes, which for someone whos only been playing around 9 months and never swung a club before that i dont think is to bad.
What would your tips be for wedges as i really struggle with those clubs. 52, 56 and 60 degree. Any help appreciated. Keep uploading the great content 👍🏽
Hi great videos I was wandering if is it bad to hit woods that are regular flex and irons that are senior or Aflex keep up the good work enjoy all you tips
Alex another brilliant tip I try it the next time I go to the rang the 2 practice swing video has helped me play better
LONG irons?!? When I hear "long irons" I think 2, 3, or 4 Iron. I Don't think 5, or 6, but those are the "long irons" now. But why not just call them 3s and 4s? Does the git that hits his new 5 as far as I hit my old 3 not realise that they're both 21*?!?
Why are we mis-numbering clubs for lesser golfers? What's next, 25lb plates that say 35 so people think they're stronger at the gym?
Why not just number them with the loft, like wedges? "165 Bob, what are you hitting?" "I'm thinking a smooth 32*"
ANYhoo, I like long irons as opposed to hybrids, although I do carry a 16* hybrid in place of a 5 wood.
I won't look at a set unless there a 3 available. Getting harder and harder these days though isn't it. I guess I'll have to just fill the number and grind in the loft, paint fill it and call it a day.
Love the channel mate.
Cheers,
J
Great video Alex. Hit the little ball before the big ball. Right ✅️
I played today and I put your driver and bunker tips to great shots but Ive had a bit of trouble getting height on my irons sometime just a 2/3 foot off the ground you might of already covered this and I've missed it but keep up the great work
Would also do this for the irons in your bag?
