FULL Golf Stretching / Yoga Routine for Optimising Sequencing in the Golf Swing and Flexibility



Being able to move more proficiently which includes mobilisation of all the muscles and joints is what improves us as a golfer and assists in that segmental separation to sequence our golf swing in the most efficient way for us.
