IMPOSSIBLE to grow a YouTube Golf Channel in 2022…

Is it impossible to grow a Youtube golf channel in 2022 when there is so much choice out there in 2022… heres my thoughts on the matter

  1. Hackerish golf his video quality is incredible and his vlogs are like small documentaries. Chilli dippa golf has great drone intros

  2. Ruby Boxall she only has one video up so far but is working on more she could do with a bit of a boost to help her confidence.

  3. Cheap package set reviews are always fun to watch. I haven't seen one for these $200 Pine Meadow pgx on Amazon.

  4. Already said but golf side has literally improved my game beyond belief.
My scoring is ridiculous, no stress golf🔥

  5. I think click bait works well in the short to medium term. In the long run you'll definitely turn your long term fans off. You seem to understand this quite well though.

  6. Hi Simon been a subscriber since 500’s same as “Stacked Golf” & love the content … Here are my picks for small golf channels I watch:

    Ben Hadden Golf
    Aussie Golf Reviewer
    Bustajack Golf
    David Maxfield Golf
    Luke Peavy

Yes I probably watch to much YouTube Golf, but being Shiftworker you need the distraction sometimes lol.

  7. Love the honestly and this is a clever way to get comments – game knows game 😆

  8. I love the content, in particular the trick shots, and appreciate all the hard work and effort gone into that alone. I imagine it has to be a bit head wrecking getting the perfect attempt recorded, you're efforts deserve much more subs, if only ALL who watch would just do that simple task of pressing that button. Keep up all that good work Simon 👍

  9. My top 5 channels
    1. Dan Henderson Golf
    2. Fore Play Golf (only Golf vlogs)
    3. Not a Perfect Golfer
    4. Tubes & Ange Golf Life
    5. Chris Dennis Golf
I just Subcribe to your channel, hopefully you make it into my top 5 in 2023.

  10. I've found myself clicking off your videos sometimes because you'll go through all the specs and history of an iron set for example but not actually say what the club is until 6 mins in. That sort of video feels so scammy and forced. I think your second hand club reviews are generally good, i reckon you should do more comparison videos e.g. okd v new, taylormade rac forged irons vs taylormade p770 irons, they look really similar

  11. My channel Big Boy Pants Golf finally got a video that got 12k views. Just bag on PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan and his handling of LIV golf. People love it.

  12. Love the content. Didn’t see much change tbh. Shame vlogs don’t work. Big Fan of DHG (Dan Hendrickson), Golf with Gen, Stacked, Average Golfer, Big Oggie, Chris Dennis and of course Golf sidekick. To me best golf you tube that works are things that expand your mind or give you simple tips to improve your practice, your play, how others enjoy the game or how you think of equipment.

  13. There are a couple of bigger channels that use click bait titles .. I hate it, I’ve stopped watching some because the videos are ultimately just dull

  14. There is one more piece of advice you can take from this channel. Resemble Jude Law, as close as possible. 😉

  15. Hi Simon. I watch Triple T Golf who is pretty new to the golf vlog game…and has come a long way in short time.

  16. Since no-one else has mentioned him, Brad Meehan, who refinishes and restores second hand/vintage clubs. By no means a prolific uploader with just over 3k subs, deserving of a few more.

  17. Not a perfect golfer channel. I've been playing golf a long time, but this guy has only been playing for a short time and it's interesting watching his progress
