  1. Thanks for watching guys! Apart from sub70 which is will sort out, let me know what else I’m missing out on reviewing!

  2. Cg4 tour irons was one of my favourite irons. People would always raise their noses when they looked in the bag. Nice that you are looking at something different. Cheers

  3. Hi simon love the videos!! I saw only the other day that hippo still make clubs that are very affordable, it would be great to see a review on some of their equipment as to be fair I forgot they existed for the last 10 years!!

  4. Tried these, not to bad looking. they were pretty good but ended up selling them and getting some radspeed.

  5. these are a bargain, but you can buy a brand new set of PXG 0211 5 to PW (which sound, look and feel amazing) for only £450 direct from PXG

  6. Nowt wrong with Cleveland spot on
    Play the cbx 2 wedges
The new 3 hy wood is supurb and 189 quid and impossible to not get of the ground
Have a launcher 7 wood on order
Cracking for the money and for forgiveness

  7. I bought some Mizunos MP60 second hand … the bloke i bought them from sold them so he could play Cleveland's. My Mizunos are butter so I'd imagine he'd only play something that is of a similar feel.

  8. I picked up a full set of Nike Slingshot irons, 5 to PW…and I extended the shaft by 1.5" and had them bent 1.5° upright…hey…I am 6'6" and need that 1.5° upright! I grip my own clubs, been doing it for over 30 years, and I like a medium sized grip with 4 wraps of tape! And I got them for next to nothing at the local Goodwill. They were pretty dirty, but a coke bath cleaned them up and even though I haven't played since my back injury, I hope to one day get back out there and play again!

  9. I have these, gamed them for a year when I started playing again. They were great. Keep them as back ups and for visitors.

  10. Couldn't agree with you more regarding Cleveland being an underrated iron. I'm playing a set of CG7s and absolutely love them!

  11. I’d love to try them, but not finding them anywhere near the prices you are seeing. Seem to be more expensive in the U.S. 🙁

  12. PXG 0211 DC irons at £65/ club are worth investigating, I traded in some 2nd stuff and got a brand new set of these as a replacement.

  13. I play with cleveland uhx and love them, I also think they are really nice looking. do not agree that they sound bad but we all think differently. also uses cleveland cbx wedges so everything fits nicely 🙂

  14. Christ I looked at these, and carried on swiping. Should have looked closely at these could have saved some money. However, I do have mizuno pro 225s…..

  15. Almost bought these last month
But ended up finding a bargain set of forged tec one lengths instead

I've got a Cleveland launcher hybrid in the bag and it's a 200+ rocket for me

  16. Hey now Simon, I got fitted into the new model of theirs this year, and my first saved ebay search is Cleveland iron set

  17. I'll give you another one — Ping G410 irons. They were out for a figurative minute before they released the G425. Practically the same performance at a fraction of the price. This is what I've been telling my friends to find who are higher handicap but want a nice set of clubs but don't want to pay inflated prices.

  18. Got to say before I purchased my 790s I had a few trips to the trackman range to get my x-12 distances. I also looked up lofts of both so when I tried the 790s I knew their lofts lol

  19. Also, the 8 iron down are a small cavity back and not hollow. I find a lot of control in the scoring irons and power and forgiveness in the 7 and up

  20. Had em. Used em. Loved em. They were too light for me. I couldn't feel the head. Upgraded this year in a fitting to the Srixon ZX5s. Sold em to a buddy learning to golf for $400.

  21. Honestly, I'm a beginner and every Cleveland Club I have tried and bought has been super easy to hit and overall great clubs… from drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters. All are great clubs. My son now has taken most of my Cleveland clubs into his bag.

  22. I bought a uhx set new in april for $450, because I had the wedges and loved them. Then I got a launcher halo 3h. I love it. I picked up the launcher hub turbo driver and 3w for $200 new together. So I have a full set of cleaveland clubs for under $100. Huge upgrade from my ping eye 2s!

  23. I told my mate to get the Cleveland UHX irons a few months ago because of the value!! £379 brand new, 5-PW but they're now down to £329 or so in the same set!
