The black/white one falls over because its empty and the leg spring is really strong so the legs wont flap around. Fill it with clubs and its stable and legs are firmly folded up when walking.
Dude, there is a slide mechanism that is adjustable on the "springs" wires that make the legs go in and out. If you adjust it, the legs on the white bag will work just like the ones on the blue bag. The white bag has far more useable features than the blue bag and the 14 way dividers help prevent chatter marks on your clubs. Even though the blue bag is quite a bit more expensive, I'd take the white bag over the blue bag hands down.
