Rory McIlroy will look to defend his title this weekend, as the PGA TOUR returns to St George’s Golf and Country Club for the RBC Canadian Open. The course last hosted the tournament in 2010 when Carl Pettersson was victorious. Three years ago, Northern Irishman McIlroy beat the course record to claim victory finishing seven shots clear of second place. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will be looking for a fifth victory this year, having narrowly missed out on another first place finish last weekend in a tense playoff with Sam Burns at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Other notable players teeing up include 2022 PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas, THE PLAYERS Championship winner Cameron Smith as well as Tony Finau, Justin Rose and Tyrell Hatton.

There are more ad dollars if you live stream these rounds on YouTube as well, the cable cutters don't watch TV or have cable packages. Liv will be, the PGA should do it too. Don't leave the only option for golf content on you tube as just your clips but all of the liv content streams for free. Think about that you can stream here make money and cost you next to nothing.

What’s funny to me is that Jim Nantz and Faldo criticize player’s going over to the LIV yet they voice the opinion of the PGA because their network has the contract. Money dictates actions. The greed I’m seeing at the professional athlete level is disturbing. I’ve given up watching professional sports, NBA, NFL, NBA, MLB, because of greed and political correctness. The PGA is getting awfully close to me dumping them too… Maybe my opinion doesn’t matter but when viewership declines they may wonder why or they will just charge more to the idiots that support them.
