Great demonstration using the flowing wave analogy and the hand clap. It definitely resonated with me.
Great description of how one should use the lower body in the golf swing, i love the wave analogy because it makes such sense. The ability to repeat the wave motion will obviously result in being able to synchronise the striking of the golf ball at the same moment in the swing regardless of what club you are using. I like the idea of trying to recreate a motion rather than having to try and remember various set positions at any given moment in time during the swing, Thanks again.
