Cobra Forged Tec 2022 vs Cobra Forged Tec 2020 | Cobra Forged Tec Irons Review

In this video we take a look at the new Cobra Tec irons for 2022 and compare them up against the forged tec irons of 2020. This year consists of the two models, the standard forged tec and this year a forged tec x which is stronger lofted, a larger head profile and just more all round forgiving than previously and its current counterpart.

  1. Hei! Where can i see your list? I mean i try to stopnthe video to see whats first and i can see it. But would ne nice to see all of it👍🏻👋

  2. Thanks for the great review, I have the 2020 Forged Tec irons, and love the way they play, but I will admit that the top line is a bit thick.

  3. I know everyone is a little different, but when I was shopping new irons about a month ago, I had tried the 2020 Forged Tec and liked them a lot. I'm a 72 year old with about an 78 mph 7 iron swing speed. I heard the new Forged Tec was coming out, so waited to hit it along side the 2020 version. Also, I had waited for the Wilson D9 Forged to come out. So, my final 3 were the Mizuno Pro 225, 2020 Forged Tec (better for me than the new version), and the Wilson D9 Forged. All 3 had similar numbers for me with the same Recoil 460 R shaft, but the feel and dispersion was best with the Wilson (absolutely sweet!). Now, just waiting for them to arrive this next week!

  4. i'm a mid handicapper, currently using DCB's but the top line just seems too thick for me and there is not a lot of feedback, they are very forgiving but the down side to that is the errant shots usually put the ball into a crappy spot, that is the downside of forgiveness, the ball goes just as far but into a hazard, is there a suitable iron that has a thinner top line, reasonably forgiving plus has great feedback?
