He isn't going to be a 22 for long imo he strikes his irons pretty well, Sort the curvature out and sort the simple alignment stuff out and he'll be in the teens pretty easily.
Caddy needs to be more sturn with his advice I'd wreckon 😏🤣
Well played Tom. Iv got a buddy into golf 9 months ago, his first score was 132.. He's now a 10.7 handicap and shoots 85 regularly.. Put in the work and results will follow mate 👌🏼

Cut out a couple of the errors and Toms easily got a sub 90 score. The m consistency will come!
Improved so much stay away from the driver and hit irons or hybrids and he will break 90 no problem similar level as me more about consistency than actual golf play standard can see he's got it in him just had to play percentages and soon come tumbling down the handicap and scores
