This week the British Masters returns to the iconic Belfry and will be hosted by Danny Willet for the second year in a row. Defending champion Richard Bland will be back in action, hoping to repeat his heroics of last year’s tournament that saw him triumph in a play-off over Italy’s Guido Migliozzi. After finishing T8 at the 2021 British Masters, Robert MacIntyre will be looking to continue his good form that saw him card a T9 finish at the Ras al Khaimah Championship in February and a respectable T23 at the Masters. Host, Danny Willet achieved a T12 finish at Augusta National and will be confident of a strong display at the 2022 British Masters.

Wow!!!!! That’s once in a lifetime finish on day 4 to win the tournament to eagle birdie 17 and 18 especially when he wasn’t on his A game and to hood two puts of that length when the chips are down is incredible ……….I had £50 on him to win that’s why am full of plaudits for him 🤩🤩🤩well done ✅
