We join Iona Stephen as she takes a trip back to the very first golf club she joined during her university days over 10 years ago, Ranfurly Castle. Her trip down memory lane gives a chance to reflect on how important golf has been for her mental health in providing a release from day-to-day stresses.
Iona then travels south of the border to join ex-professional footballer, Jason McAteer, for a round of golf. Jason provides an honest account of the mental health struggles he experienced when his football career ended and the role golf played in turning his life around.
