    I really love playing as well with the runner's loop! It's a great way to get more comfortable and it's like I have more technique on the ball. I have a small question though… I know that a lot of profesional players play with gripping socks, but which profesional football players actually use the runner's loop method as well? Just really curious, because before I didn't even know this lacing method. Thanks a lot 😊

    Runners loop is also referred to as a Heel lock, everyone should just know this, it is very simple and quick, anytime your heel is feeling loose, just toss in the loops and you're good

    I'm going to have to try the one where you tie it inside the boot for my 10 year old. His shoes just can't seem to stay tied.

    Another method of tying long laces is to go just in front of the backheel studs. I feel it improves stability and lockdown on a pair of leather boots which can overstretch over time.
