How CrossFit Made PGA Golfer a Fitter and Healthier Athlete



Back in 2014 PGA Golfer Scott Stallings made a much-needed lifestyle change when he found CrossFit. He immediately fell in love with the training methodology and the community and soon adopted CrossFit into his training regimen, that change has extended his career and resulted in him being considered one if not the Fittest golfer on the PGA Tour. Currently ranked 67th in the FedEx Cup standings and 74th on the PGA Tour Money List. He has played in 18 tournaments so far this season, recording two top-10 finishes and five top-25 placements.

The Morning Chalk Up’s Patrick Clark catches up with Stallings and talks about his CrossFit Journey, what CrossFitters he would have in in dream four-some and his partnership with NOBULL.
