I bet Neal Ruhl cried himself to sleep last night when his idol Malik Willis did not get drafted last night.
This kid left Ohio State to get a chance to be a true number one. He chose to go to……..Alabama. Nobody does that. He was so good he left a great team to star on an even better one. Most players leave an Auburn and move to a Liberty to be a star. Not this guy who is now a Detroit Lion.

Williams claims he's been timed by numerous people in 4.4 range this past week in the forty just 13 weeks post-surgery. At 180 lbs he would have ran 4.3 at the combine if he didn't get hurt and that's great when you consider the fact he's also 6 foot 2.
There's probably not a better marriage in NFL draft than Hutchison to Lions under Campbell
When Williams comes back in October most will realize how dumb it was to pass on best WR in draft cause he missed a month of games over a likely 5 year contract
Here's a big thing most aren't placing enough weight on is Williams playing on that fast Ford Field. Look how he did last year in CFB title game in Indy on their fast track. The extremely fast Georgia team couldn't cover him. The other two indoor games he played last year he caught 11 passed and averaged 28 yards a reception w/ 3 td's
You can't say there's attachment to Goff. That's silly. They have two picks next year. What else could they have done so far? They will grab a rookie QB in the future because a true rebuild wins in NFL with QB under rookie deal. This is how/why Rams were good under Goff at beginning of his career. Same with Baltimore, Seattle, KC, Cleveland, Buffalo, Cincy last decade. They will do this guaranteed!!
This draft is said to be really great for the first 50ish picks, then there's a big drop-off back end of round 2 and beginning of rd 3. Which is just another reason Holmes trade– getting Minny to send us #46– was a coup
Lions did "The Big Show" of the Draft but sad even NFL isn't going to acknowledge it until it sees WINS..But as a FAN I'm excited for the SEASON..Hard Knocks Up Guys
Why would you want to give Goff a chance? He had one with a more talented Rams team. Then the dump him to us and win the super bowl. Isn't that evidence enough he's not the guy?

I'm 100% content with the direction Brad Holmes is taking 👌 build a team around Goff and if it doesn't work u get ur guy next year ..he forsure has put a lot of stock into Goff though ..since 2016
