As the pair make their way around this amazing golf course, they discuss their favourite golf courses in Spain.
Despite only opening in 2003, La Reserva Golf Club is already considered to be among Andalucia’s elite golfing destinations.
The course is situated in the prestigious Sotogrande estate, 25 mins from Gilbraltar Airport and 90 mins from Malaga Airport, and is an idyllic parkland resort layout. The American golf architect Cabell B. Robinson carved the golf course into the hillside creating stunning views out over the Mediterranean Sea and the Andalusian hills.
The championship layout consists of expansive fairways leading to large undulating greens accompanied by multiple water hazards, La Reserva’s quality is considered to be on a par with its neighbour Valderrama and is a must-play for any golfer visiting Southern Spain.

+1, looking for a good recovery over these 8 holes. I like aloha as well. Also Los Naranjos is good, enjoy the back 9 and the 🍊😂. Oops, got the score a bit wrong, never mind, lovely course. P.S. That was some 3 wood Ray, I can’t hit my driver anywhere near that these days.
La Reserva , Valderrama, Los Naranjos and San Roque would be a bucket list trip !
Well I was hoping back to even but didn't want to guess on this one as this course looked very hard but fair. Rory you do did stripe the @#$! out of your drives man. Great to see and as always look forward to the next location.
