My good friend, Dr. Luke Bracke (movement advisor and coach with Elite Golf Schools and anesthesiologist) joins me to continue with our Elite Series to offer up this awesome, but difficult golf swing drill to encourage a silky shallow downswing with light grip pressure. Learn to use your body and turn to square the face versus pulling down with the hands and arms. This is a hybrid version of the split grip drill. Hope you enjoy this video!

Now you’re getting closer to Wild Bill Mehlhorn s technique
Great drill! I find it very difficult to slow down to learn a new skill. With this drill, there is no way to make contact w/o being slow and smooth. I also like the way it teaches you that the club WANTS to follow the Pivot if you just get your arms out of the way!
