You know what everyone discredits Brett Veach for? Even though he wasn't the GM at the time he was the only one who saw superstardem out of Patrick Mahomes when literally noone saw it coming and thought he'd be drafted in the later rounds. He was Andy Reids scout man. Dorsey was just really responsible for the trade up to get Mahomes. Veach also was on the Philly staff scouting picking up Wr DeSean Jackson and LeSean McCoy. I have more trust in him more than I ever have before.
I hope the chiefs either trade up and get jameson williams and keep 30 to take kair ellam or keep both and take karlaftis and elam

I have to admit… The comment section from their wedding photo post on Instagram was one of the funniest reads I've had in a long time. #guiltypleasure π€£π€£
I have to admit that I was scratching my head when they drafted Mahomes. I'll never forget my face, all the people laughing or booing (@ Buffalo Wild Wings) and my friend say WTF! Minutes later I calmed down after watching some highlights. Turns out it was the best decision the Chiefs made since I've been a fan (1987) I trust ownership to continue to make good decisions. With that said, I'm sure Mahomes is going to report back on whether the current recieving core with the additional possible draft picks will be sufficient for him. I think the Chiefs will go defensive for the first 2 picks including if they move up in the draft.
