Still standing up on impact, need more power from your legs on the right side, back issue maybe but other than that it looks more powerful and launching better. Need to have another match to see the difference.

You don’t use your legs at all, which is crazy seeing you have a hockey background. Push off that back leg, fire the hips and use the ground
