Count Yogi was a legendary ball striker. Known for flamboyant golf shows, he used an Over the Top Miracle Golf Swing. Get your copy of my new instructional video today! https://myswingevolution.com/collections/all-products
Take a look at 1Atomic golf, an Australian site belonging to John Hensby, who has done a number of insightful videos explaining Count Yogi's swing, and why it is so effective.
Christo I would really like to see you with Dr. Kwon talking about the golf swing..Try to make it happen. The OTT is a sweet way to hit the ball, i am killing it with confidence.. I hope it sticks, But get with Dr. Kwon I think that would like cement the OTT and why its better, I remember buying the count yogi golf system back in 2003 think the mat is somewhere in the attic, need to dust it off
wasnt allowed to play because he could beat, and did defeat, hogan, snead, and any pro at all. drive 400 yards all the rds he played quite often. swing teaching not same as pga, one reason. too much golfer than they could handle. he was indian descent, not totally, and pga used the caucasian clause. trevino, for that reason denied many attempts to play on tour. count yogi is still, the greatest golfer in the history of golf. he never got off his game shame on all those pussy boy pga elitists who did this
Dear Christo , i m a bit confused with the terminology you use : over the top is refering for me to an outside inside pass with a nasty turn of the right shoulder resulting in a slice .. i don't monitor any of that in the Count Yogi swing .. please explain me what's your meaning of an over the top swing, I couldn't understand by looking at your video .. thanks Vince
I used to swing this way for ages, had so many swings. I can face away from the direction I want to hit it, ie at right angles to the normal stance, and then just let it rip, but it feels so wrong compared to the norm that I only use it on the range!! If you want to see a real 'over the top' swing then the vlogger golfsidekick often plays with a guy called Mo, who hits it miles, he's a pro golfer. Check him out! Love your work!
The biggest thing, for me, is how you said it. All of these players look so carefree when they swing the golf club. Count Yogi, Hogan, Knudson, etc. It doesn't look like anything is forced, and it's just a casual, easy, stress free motion.

Hope this doesn’t get blocked Christo. Yogi trust notorious for blocking Yogi content. Yogi had the BEST ott miracle swing. Good stuff thanks
One of the best swings

ps. JH also spoke to a number of great golfers about Yogi, who all thought he would have beaten everyone had he been allowed to play the PGA tour
Can you do an overlay of your current OTT swing with any swing you've filmed in the last 5 years? Curious to see what the difference looks like.

Modern golf swing instructors 🤯😡
His swing is like all arms and barely any lower body

Mike Austin's another one to look at (his swings, not his extensive "scientific" commentary😏).

Do you consider him having a "flying right elbow"…Yogi? Jack Nicklaus let it fly. You cool with that? Thoughts sir?
Ben Hogan was a student of Count Yogi.
