You are a top 5 golf content provider. Thank you
I'd take the forgiveness on offer! Thanks for the excellent review Sophie!
Hi Sophie, congrats for another great video. Oddly enough, despite the Max LS being a lower spin driver than the “regular” Max, in all the Youtube reviews, it consistently produces higher spin numbers. I had to admit that when I ordered it, it was mostly based on better looks for me than the Max and the face being a little more square, as performance wise both were very similar and tremendously consistent. Did you use the Tensei Blue 55 R or the 65?
Excellent review. I’m currently gaming a 2016 M2 with a Small Batch Evenflow Riptide CB 6.0 shaft and I haven’t hit a driver yet that can outperform it.
Later this year or early next year This Rouge ST Max or LS, Mizuno 220 ST-Z and cobra LTDx will go up against my 2016 M2!
Very timely posting ! Just got back from playing a round and my drives were really high and I definitely lost distance. Thank you !
Sophie what shaft was you using please
I tried the triple diamond at a fitting and was surprised at the results! I thought it was just for the pros 😳 unfortunately, for money reasons, I went with the Epic LS as the numbers were similar enough for me!
I think a lot more average golfers can play the triple diamond. That is the driver I was fit for and my index is 11.2. The reason I was fit for it is because I was more consistent with it than anything else.
Nice review as always but no mention of what shaft you were using? It would be helpful to know as far as kickpoint and launch characteristics. Felt the summary was a little vague as only it showed the ball speed and not the swing speed, as to my eyes it appeared you were going harder with the triple diamond. So interesting to know if it's the clubhead design or subconscious adrenaline? Lastly we couldn't see any dispersion pattern.
Great comparison, thx. Do you think lowering the loft in the ST would open the face & reduce the left tendency?
Thanks for a great H2H comparison👍
I love the look of the Rogue ST range, they look so much better than recent Callaway drivers (I have never been a fan of their "colourful" colour schemes. Callaway designers also seem to have produced a range of Drivers that will suit the vast majority of Golfers with these 3 head designs.
Very interesting! Jon Rahm plays the Triple Diamond in a 10.5 degree head set at 11.2 degrees loft. I wonder how that plays into the equation…
I'm off 5 and went in for the max ls Sophie but quickly found out it was higher spinning than the max and max d. I tend to lose my bad shots to the right so i opted for the max d which gave me the best numbers and results. Never saw me gaming a draw driver but my ego quickly gave in and it's now in the bag
