About Van Baarle, Wright, and Madouas, should they have taken turns up front as they did, with Poga and MvdP with them? Why not just hang in the wheel and play all or nothing? This is how Boogie managed to beat Lance in Amstel. Nice? No. But when you have such a spectacularly good rider with you and want to stand a chance, you have to be an asshole.

Amazing how much seething Astana and Vino causes Lance and Co. The only team/guy to have ever stood up to the Bruyneel/Lance mafia and win. thought they could just take over Astana and shove Vino out the door like nothing, and they got beat. The Dutch know how to ride a bike. Especially without a too big of a dose of doping. I do believe there would be way more Dutch tour winners and winners of classics when there would have been less doping in cycling. We ride a bike aged 1 year and upwards daily. Well done Mathieu and Dylan! Annemiek could have won also (again).

Tadej Pogacar will lose the 2022 Tour de France because his weaknesses are being exposed in this Classics season. Attacks six times on a climb but still cannot shake rivals off, too cautious on a descent compared to Mohoric, cannot sprint and throws a a tantrum when he makes mistakes on a sprint.
