Iga sets the standard. Coco has a long way to go. Movement, fluidity of foot, anticipation, speed, and agility are the things that will raise Coco's level. Watch Iga move. See the difference?
Glad Swiatek won against Gauff. Gauff over the past year has lost most of her arrogant, nose up mentality primarily because she keeps losing to the top players. Which is good. But she still acts with a sense of entitlement and an air of superiority on court. During these times where being a social victim is a form of political passive aggression and virtue signalling, Gauff has this Obama like ego complex. As if she stands alone fighting for justice in the tennis world. Not at all like Arthur Ashe did years ago…when he stood with dignity. It is very apparent the attitude of self righteousness. And it is repulsive.

I just can't take to her, I find her irritating – but undeniable that she is playing superbly and may dominate this year (maybe next few). Great player – just not too my taste.
