Former Ladies European Tour Professional and PGA Member, Dr. Sue Shapcott, has coached for over 20 years, mostly in the United States. She was recruited to coach for Hank Haney in Dallas, TX, and is now based in Wisconsin. As a coach, Sue wants to understand how to motivate clients and grow her business through evidence-based strategies. Through her MSc and PhD research, Sue continues to investigate the role of coaching, and the broader golf culture, in the retention of recreational players.
