Here is the vlog of the Disney Marahton 2022, and oh what a marathon it was!! So much fun to pace my friend Tristin on her first and cross that finish line with her.
We maintained an interval of 1/1, for those of you who are curious, and we managed to run the second half 10 mins faster than the first. Specifically, our last 6.2miles were 10 minutes faster than our first 6.2.

Since then I have improved my 5k time by 8 mins, my 10k time by 19 mins, my half by 22 mins and my marathon time by 18 mins; so I am living proof getting older doesn’t mean getting slower.
