I’m going to show you two simple golf swing feels… I want you to really try and implement next time you practice, or next time you just pick up a club and have a swing. I talk a lot about tension and everything like this, but let’s just really try and get to the, the meat of this.
We want supple wrists. The faster we can move the club head, the further the ball is gonna go. We can do it in a few different ways. We can try and muscle it.
We can try and rotate. We can try and get the whole body to do it, or we can use the wrist to do it, which can generate a lot of speed.
