This is a unique event, a disc golf awards show!
To the people and the community in the scene that we have here in IL, disc golf is so much more than throwing frisbees in the woods. Disc Golf means different things to the person depending on who you ask.
But the commonality is that it brings us together, fosters cherished friendships, a lifelong love of the game, benefits to causes such as mental health awareness, animal shelters, food banks, various charities, helping brothers and sisters in need, and the fact that we are one giant disc golf family.
The Delly’s is a historic event and I applaud the crew for putting on one hell of a show. The heartfelt emotions and the look of pride and accomplishment in each winners faces is so amazing to see.
