Mariah Stackhouse is making big swings and doing big things for the future of golf. Earlier this year, we sent golf reporter/presenter The Jazzy Golfer to the KPMG Women’s PGA in Atlanta to follow Mariah, AKA the hometown hero.
After an exciting week of golf that saw Nelly Korda take home her first major trophy, Jazzy and our cameras were invited to an event the following Monday put on by the amazing Renee Powell, multiple Hall of Famer and second African American woman ever to play on the LPGA. Here, it was all about showcasing the talent of tomorrow and how to get more boys and girls interested in golf.
