We hit up the up the oil rigs offshore for a little Texas offshore adventure! Fishing for sheepshead (convict fish) in the Gulf of Mexico is a big-time deep-sea fishing target in spring, and oil rig fishing for these spawning sheepshead is one of the best ways to catch one of the best tasting fish in North America.
