Hello there Fit Golfers! Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during these crazy times.
I am writing this in April of 2020. Most of the world is quarantined due to the COVID-19 virus. Gyms are closed, most people are working from home, and we have been spending way too much time sitting down watching netflix and dreaming of the good old days.
So whether you are watching this from your home while quarantined, or months from now from your office desk, the one thing we have in common is that we sit way too much!
Excessive sitting is the number one enemy of our bodies and golf swing! It can lead to pain and it limits our ability to rotate our hips during the golf swing. Thankfully there’s a lot we can do to prevent this from getting worse.
This week I am bringing you a follow along hip stretching video to help stretch out your tight hips! Expect to feel 100 times better once you complete this short 10 minute routine!
