People have bad knees for multiple reasons, injury, mobility, aches or pains, these exercises are basic drills to help you! We need to gain mobility in the golf swing to help us rotate the body and hit the ball further.

Typically those who have bad knees also have bad ankles, so these drills are aimed to help both! This is a simple video, follow in the steps suggested and start seeing improvements.
