Golf Swing Details About the Transition

You cant master the transition – if you haven’t mastered the backswing. There is a correct order of the golf swing and therefore, a correct order of learning the swing motion. The transition is the changing of directions of the backswing into the downswing. If done correctly, you will be able to create lag and speed.

In this video, I help you better understand the backswing to allow you to make the proper transition by bracing into the trail leg and then, if done correctly, you can brace again into the lead leg. This lower body movement makes the transition of the upper body possible.

About the Single Plane Golf Swing

The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing – impact.

Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.

This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.

The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.
