💖This is a complete full body workout focusing on the core. This class has a bit of everything…core, arms, legs, back and butt. You will finish feeling stronger and more flexible.

💖The resistance band will always make the exercises more difficult so feel free to just use your body weight. The band will add variety to your typical Pilates class and encourage muscle activation and elongation. Take your time throughout the exercises and focus on your form.
