Practicing approach shots and volleys with Slinger Bag

I gotta admit, “fish out of water” is probably the best description for my “net game.” In fact, when I play doubles I usually choose to stay back at the baseline, which puts whoever I am paired up with at a distinct disadvantage.

One thing is for sure, your “perception” while during practice and reality as captured by video are two distinct and different things. I thought the timing of the feed was fine during practice, but watching the video I realized that the speed of the feed needs to increase significantly to simulate someone hitting my approach shots back.
