Golf warmup program – David Bertone, PT, DPT, OCS, TPI

Develop a proper warm up routine before you play golf or hit balls at the range. This program will get your entire body ready in a short period of time for golf. Most players warm up by hitting a few wedges and then increasing the club length until they hit a driver before playing. This does not adequately prepare the body for stress and repetition of the golf swing. This program will warm up all the major muscles and joints and allow your body to perform at the maximum level.
