Golf: a worms eye view

Nine holes of golf at Bleadon Hill Golf Club. As you will see I have no golfing skills but I do enjoy a round once a week if I can, usually on my own. Not when its wet though, I am strictly a fair weather golfer. A score of 52 may not be very impressive but for me it is one of my better rounds. The eagle eyed will spot that I used the same ball for the entire round, always a bonus. You may also notice that I only use irons, there are no woods in my bag, I just can’t get on with them so I play the percentages and stick to irons and for this round I played every tee shot with my 6 iron, a strategy that seems to work for me. In fact I only used 4 clubs all round so I’m not sure why I need to carry so many in my bag. I dream of breaking 50 but so far it hasn’t happened, even so the pleasure I get from 9 holes of golf with just myself for company is disproportionate to my level of ability. You may detect a clenched fist of joy when that long putt on the 4th kindly dropped in for me, the highlight of my round which lifted my spirits somewhat. The amazing views from all around this course, particularly on such a lovely day as this, make playing here a great experience. On this occasion I decided to take my GoPro and get the worms eye view of my round. I missed a few shots (it was the cameras fault) but most are here, some in dramatic slomo.
