I give you my 3 Keys to Success when it comes to Breaking 80 on a Golf Course you are playing for the very first time.
Part 1 is on the front 9. In this video I will take you shot by shot through a round of golf that I played at The Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio Texas. This was my first time playing The Quarry and it was an amazing course.
This course is unique that it plays like 2 completely different courses. The front 9 is a links style course that is not very long with several holes that are what I call lay-up holes. It is imperative that you hit the fairway and stay out of the many bunkers that adorn the fairways and greens.
I use maximum course strategy and walk you through my decision making, club selection, and shot type.
If you are trying to break 80 for the first time or on a regular basis, this video is for you. Golf is supposed to be fun and its a lot more fun when you are shooting good scores.
