Elbow pain and BJJ can, unfortunately, go hand in hand. Yet, as common as it is, knowing how to deal with it is far less common.

In this video I talk about what is the most likley cause of elbow pain and tendinitis if you train BJJ, plus 3 strategies to fix. Its a combination of strength work, self massage (soft tissue release) and stretching.
