Thoracic Mobility for Golf – Full Scale Fitness Personal Training

Check out this thoracic mobility movement for golfers. Having a limited range of motion (ROM) in the spine will obviously limit your swing potential. While many golf programs focus on lumbar health (which obviously is important), many often miss the importance of the thoracic, or middle portion of the spine. The thoracic spine contains 12 vertebrae, more than both the cervical and lumbar spine. Take your time with this movement and avoid twisting the hips while rotating.
