A spectator grabbed Phil Mickelson’s ball that was at rest in the rough. As per Rule 9.6, Phil had to replace her ball on the spot it was moved from. If this spot was not known, but it was known or virtually certain that the ball had been moved, then the spot where the ball is to be replaced must be estimated.
