Practice drill: Stop on backswing

Practice drill: Stop on backswing. Changing your backswing can be difficult. Unless you stop at the top of your backswing when practicing there is a good chance that you will keep doing what you used to do (not change it). That is why so many golf instructors tell players to stop on their backswing when they practice. There are four benefits to practicing by stopping on the backswing. This video goes through them and explains why a stop on the backswing is a great way to make swing changes.
