If a movable obstruction is moved, and this causes the player’s ball to move, is a penalty incurred?

A.
No, there is no penalty, the ball must be replaced. If the lie has been altered, then the ball is placed in the nearest most similar lie within a club-length, no nearer the hole. Unless this lie was in sand, then the lie is recreated.
