LOAD UP YOUR GOLF SWING

I hope this video helps you load your golf swing for more power and solid strikes. The keys / components to the load are:
– Body rotation
– While maintaining tilt / inclination toward ball (starts as forward bend, transitions into side bend at top)
– Load into trail leg, applying more pressure to ground through trail foot
– Allow wrists to hinge
– Maintain width, length of lead arm
– Awareness of wrist flex / extension to have clubface in appropriate position for your swing style
