In this video Brian demonstrates his swing face-on and down-the-line whilst introducing an addition to his 1-5 tempo. He goes on to tell us of a personal story about playing in a championship at the famous Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey, England as a young tour player which led him to understand the issues of doubt that most golfers suffer from. He finishes by sharing a simple idea called SFT from the book, “Seven Days In Utopia” by David L. Cooke that will help you to be more focused on what to do rather than being consumed by the anxiety of what might go wrong.
