18 April 2020 Golf Ball Allignment Marks – Callaway vs Titleist and Taylor Made

I have been using a Check Go Pro for several years to mark up my Titleist ProV1’s on the balanced equator so to hopefully get a true roll on my putts. Recently Callaway came up with Triple Track Markings to use as alignment which are much more defined than the arrow markings on ProV1’s and the latest Taylor made ball. It seems that all the marks printed on the big 3 manufactured balls are no-where near the actual balanced centre or the equator of the ball.
I am not sure what is the value of manufacturers marking the ball to help with alignment unless it is actually on the equator of the ball and ensures a balanced true roll. One would think with todays technology the manufacturers would ensure any alignment marks on the ball are actually true and correct from a balance point of view.
