It is Movement Longevity May! This week, we will hear how Coach E’s new routines are working out. Hopefully, it has not been Movement Longevity Mayhem.

We are having an open Q&A this week, so bring your questions! If you have family or friends who are having trouble either with an injury or progressing through a workout, bring them too! We love hearing your stories and helping solve problems to keep you moving pain-free.
